The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. Contact details and information about the host: official Vercel notice.

PostgreSQL storage is provided by Neon, in a database dedicated to this version of the website. The details of the service providers, the regions, the contractual review still to be finalised and the processing operations are given in the launch list notice.

3. A launch list, not a sale

The project is a Box of toys chosen according to the way your cat plays, as a one-off purchase with no subscription. The entry price is €26.90 incl. VAT (three toys); Point Relais pick-up point delivery is charged separately (€4.90). The price, the exact composition and the conditions may change before launch.

Free sign-up and building a Box do not commit you to buying. The final information and the terms of sale will be communicated before any purchase decision.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all rights in the structure of the website, the brand used to present the project, and the texts, illustrations, graphic elements and original content are reserved by their holders. Reproducing or adapting them beyond the exceptions provided for by law requires prior authorisation.

Third-party brands, names, libraries and services remain the property of their respective owners. Mentioning them does not mean they commercially endorse Oh Miaou.

5. Liability

The website content and the Box selections offer ideas for play. They do not replace a diagnosis, nor individual veterinary or behavioural advice. In case of pain, a sudden change in behaviour, ingestion of an object or any doubt about your cat’s health, contact a vet promptly.

The pilot website may change, be interrupted or contain errors. External links are provided for convenience; their content remains the responsibility of their publishers.

6. Personal data and contact

The processing of sign-ups is described in the launch list notice. The general policy describes the current public website. Any question can be sent to contact@ohmiaou.com.

7. Information to be added with the sale

Before accepting a first order, Oh Miaou will in particular have to publish the seller’s full identity, its customer service contact details, its terms and conditions of sale, the payment and delivery arrangements, the legal guarantees, the withdrawal rules and the contact details of the competent consumer mediator.
