These terms are not yet applicable: no order, payment or delivery can be concluded today. The final version will be published before the first real sale, with the seller’s full legal identity.

1. Current status

Oh Miaou is preparing a one-off Box of three cat toys, with no subscription: a starter, a main and a dessert to put together. The target price is €26.90 for the three toys (€6 more for the lever hide-and-seek game), with Point Relais pick-up point delivery charged separately (€4.90).

Until the seller’s legal identity, the SIRET number, the product references, compliance, the carrier and the payment method are finalised, no sale is open.

2. What the final terms of sale will contain

  • The seller’s full identity and customer service
  • An exact description of the products, prices incl. VAT, delivery and lead times
  • Payment arrangements and order confirmation
  • Right of withdrawal and return arrangements (see also the returns page)
  • Legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects
  • The competent consumer mediator
