1. Intent for the paid pilot

When a real sale is open, Oh Miaou plans to state clearly:

  • the withdrawal period that applies to distance sales (where it applies);
  • the procedure for requesting a return;
  • who bears the return shipping costs depending on the reason;
  • the refund period after receipt and inspection.
